In a way we can say that consciousness involves information about structure - how energy (waves) are organized. Therefore we can say that every (even smallest subatomic structure) involves consciousness.

But here comes important point. This type of consciousness has only certain characteristics like memory (= ability to hold the form/identity over time) and are missing some other characteristics like self transcendence (drive of growing in form/identity). The last is possible only in case of self consciousness (self awareness). Which means you know who you are and you can decide to become somebody else.

From human point of view we can connect matter, energy, information and consciousness as:

- Matter is energy waves locked in structure

- Energy as we can perceive it is information flowing from one form to another form.

- Information in particular structure can be perceived as formless consciousness (being) in specific form/concept (creation).

- Consciousness is what involves all, which means that it can't be logically defined - it can only experienced via self awareness.

The biggest problem explaining consciousness and formless things (which are not identical) is that words are very limited and from certain point you need to switch from analyses to experiencing reality. It is as sex or love. If one has not have sex or love experience it can't be explained by words.
