I would just add that science as this is open minded activity. What you probably mean with the word "science" here is "scientific materialism", which is form of religion. As the most wide definition of religion is - "religion is though system, which takes position related to God". Denying God is also position related to God.

If we start to talk about communism, which I have experience almost 30 years, I must say that at it's logical end - both capitalism and communism meet in the same point. Just with capitalism at the beginning there is more freedom and it takes more time when you meet the same results. Capitalism and communism are dualistic polarities of the same coin.
